I have a particular creative process and ethos that I like to live by – ‘Think when you’re not thinking’. (Some say it’s a glorified way of saying I’m not going to be in the office, but those people are dead now…)

But seriously, whilst every creative has their own way of working, it’s common knowledge that great creative work isn’t forced. In fact, some of my most decorated campaigns have been devised over a nice bottle of Malbec or three.

Outside the fourteen walls of Therapy, I’ve not only created my own brands, but also played a key part in shaping industry organisations such as PrideAM.  Currently I’m in the process of launching my own organisation to help young people from different backgrounds get into the world of advertising, so watch this space.

Other than that, I’m a bit of a tit.
